This House Was Hungry
A downloadable game
A solo journaling game of hunger, memory, and what remains.
Some houses shelter. Some houses devour. You remember trying to be one. You don't remember how you failed.
You are a house—or what’s left of one.
Long after the family you held is gone, you remain: aching, breaking, starving.
This House Was Hungry is a solo storytelling game where you pull from a collapsing tower, draw cards, and answer daily prompts about what you remember... and what you still want.
As the days pass, the hunger inside your walls grows harder to ignore.
When the first Joker appears, the tone shifts. The past gets closer. The house begins to open.
Can you hold yourself together long enough to change?
Or will you split at the seams and become the hunger all over again?
